- A business background preferably in the food or hospitality industries, along with experience in the food service industry, of approx 2 years

- Site Selection criteria:
- Store space required approx 250 - 350 m2
- In a busy shopping complex or area that will have high visibility and good passing foot traffic
- Both daytime and evening trading hours
